*As of August 1, 2024 Harbor Luxury Bedding will not accept any returns of any product that are not tracked by a valid "SHIPPING and TRACKING NUMBER" from the shipping carrier used for the return, and sent via email to Harbor Luxury Bedding on the day shipped.  Please use the box they were shipped to you in...there will be no refunds for folded pillows in a very small box which indicates a damaged pillow.  No exceptions.

Please email for return ID RMA number with instructions and our return shipping address as stated above. All tracking information must be sent to sales@harborluxurybedding.com ASAP to ensure your return has been received by Harbor Luxury Bedding personnel. 

Without sending us your return tracking number your refund may be delayed or missed by the warehouse personnel resulting in no refund as you may have hoped and expected. Please ask your shipper for the tracking information, and they will gladly give it to you.

Understanding our return policy.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Harbor Luxury Bedding does not cover the cost of return shipping, but we do recommend UPS or FedEx for the best prices. 

If the product is unused, unlaundered, undamaged, in the original packaging, and in its original condition it may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy. 

Once an item is returned and is inspected, if it is found to not be in any of the conditions above, or a substitution is returned (ie: another company’s product) there will be no refund for your product's return.

If a product is in original condition, but not returned in its original packaging, there may be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund.

When returning, please include your return authorization number inside the box and original packing slip.

Please keep a record of the return tracking information and send to us to ensure your package is received in a timely manner. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit and cannot be tracked and located.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 24-48 hours  of receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Please note, original order shipping fees and applicable shipping taxes, if any, are non-refundable.

Returns for reasons such as buyer remorse, buyer error (the wrong item ordered), not liking the item, not wanting the item, or anything that is not a clear case of seller error can be returned at buyers’ expense within our standard 30-day return time frame.

Items can ONLY be returned if the item can still be sold in brand new condition per Harbor Luxury Bedding conditions. If any packaging, documentation, etc. are missing from the item or there are any signs of use, an item can no longer be considered new. In such cases, depending on the situation, we reserve the right to:

a) charge a 20% restocking fee

b) decline credit for the item if used.

Additional instructions for mailing your package:

Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping on the adjacent side.
